Dumbbells shaped like hexagons – what are the benefits?

The name "hexagon" means that the dumbbell has 6 equal sides. The dumbbell is therefore not round, as many classic models often are, but instead has surfaces that prevent it from rolling when you put it down.

When the dumbbells roll, it is not only annoying for the training process, but it can also be dangerous for the training environment, as they can quickly get in the way of yourself and others. The fact that it does not roll is just one of the smart functions of the dumbbell.
